Communication

Match making

Names are matched to your brand, budget, and timeline. If you need options quickly from active sellers, a Domain Casting Call is launched to surface buyable names.

Feasibility and appraisal

Acquisition likelihood is assessed and a fair market range is set using real sales data and market signals.

Secure closing

  • Funds and domain(s) are transferred through trusted escrow and domain name attorney services.
  • We help every step of the way and you only release funds when the domain is safe in your registrar account.

Decision-maker mapping

Your broker will identify the actual domain owner or controller, navigate gatekeepers, and follow up methodically until there’s a clear yes or no.

Stealth outreach

Your broker fronts all contact so your identity and budget remain confidential.

Negotiation power

Calibrated offer ladders, comps-driven pricing, and deal terms are used to protect your upside.

Multi-domain acquisition (one campaign, many wins)

Buying more than one name? We run a parallel, stealth campaign:

  • Target list & tiers: primaries, alternates, defensives, and future upgrades.

  • Coordinated outreach: separate lines, one strategy and no cross-signals.

  • Batch negotiation: volume leverage where it helps.

  • Defensives & alternates: protect brand, channels, and geo from day one.

Domain Casting Call™

Have a budget and brief, but not the name? We’ll run a Domain Casting Call across public channels to cast a wide net like industry outlets, marketplaces, LinkedIn, and select forums, all while keeping you offstage. Sellers submit buyable options that match your criteria; we screen, price-check, and deliver a ranked shortlist ready for offers.

Simple fees

You are our client and we are paid 100% by you and not the seller. We are financially aligned with you to get your best deal.

We offer tiered commission and flat commission. Each works best in different situations:

  • Tiered commission is usually best when the domain has a public price or clear asking range. You pay for results, not activity, and the fee scales with the outcome you approve. It’s based on the domain’s acquisition price and level of difficulty. The more money we save you, the more we make.

  • Flat commission can be better when the price is unknown. If the seller’s first quoted price lands in a top tier, a tiered model could cost more. A flat commission caps that risk while we discover the true price.

After a short consultation, we recommend the structure that protects your economics. Escrow fees typically paid by the buyer unless we set it otherwise in the proposal. For complex or rush hunts, we may add a retainer to cover intensive research and outreach, and we put every term in writing before work begins.

Frequently asked questions about domain acquisitions

The main difference between boutique domain brokerage agencies like URLs.com, and big brand outfits is that we’ll maximize outcome. With us, you get senior attention (from Jeff personally), true stealth, multi-domain coordination, and bespoke negotiation, not a ticket in a queue fulfilled by someone who learned about domain name sales last month.

Tiered commission aligns pay with results and works best when a public price or clear asking range exists; fees scale with the approved outcome and there is no payment for idle activity. Flat commission provides cost certainty when pricing is unknown; if the seller’s first quote sits in a top tier, tiered fees could be higher, while a flat model caps that risk during price discovery.

It’s extremely unlikely. We’re the face in every message and call. We take several additional precautions to protect your identity. You and your budget stay offstage until transfer.

Straightforward domain deals can close in days. Corporate or counsel-heavy deals can take weeks or months. We set a realistic timeline in the proposal and update you as milestones hit.

Price is the deciding factor, and we establish a realistic range during onboarding. If the owner is unwilling to sell at fair market value, we maintain constructive contact without burning bridges and promptly present qualified alternate domains to keep your timeline on track.
